Foundation
The Fulton County Farm Bureau® Foundation offers scholarships to senior high school student who are children or dependents of FCFB® members. The awards vary each year, but have historically been approximately $1000, and are a one-time award. Students must be pursuing an agricultural career or trade that benefits our agriculture industry. The application period opens December 1, with applications due February 1.
A fillable copy of the current application is available here.
The FCFB Foundation was created in 1995 to promote education, conservation, and agriculture. In addition to providing scholarships, the Foundation also helps to fund some of our Ag In the Classroom programs and materials. The Foundation is a registered 501C3 and accepts contributions and donations from members and friends. We have also, in recent years, been blessed with memorials at the time of a loved one’s passing. We ask those who are passionate about the future of agriculture to consider a lasting gift to the Foundation.
The Foundation acts within its own bylaws and articles of incorporation and is governed by its own Board of Directors.
A copy of the bylaws is on file at the County Farm Bureau® office.
